Stephy Mavididi could make his comeback from injury this weekend with the Leicester City winger back in training.

Mavididi has missed City’s last three games with a hamstring issue but has been out on the grass at Seagrave the past couple of days and is in contention to feature at Millwall.

In his absence, Jeremy Monga and Jordan Ayew have taken up the position on the left wing, but a fit Mavididi likely starts for City.

But while the wide-man could return, Bobby De Cordova-Reid remains out. The Jamaican has his own hamstring problem that he picked up in the draw with Portsmouth last weekend.

“He (Mavididi) is doing well,” manager Marti Cifuentes said at his press conference on Thursday afternoon.

“He has been training with the team and feeling much better. We’re going to take a last decision tomorrow but the progress has been very good.
