It’s no secret that Liverpool have found it hard over the last couple of weeks.

Before their 2-1 defeat against Crystal Palace on 27 September, things were going swimmingly for Arne Slot’s men.

They’d won all five of their opening Premier League games and even managed to beat Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.

However, since their defeat to the Eagles, things just haven’t clicked with Liverpool, now dropping to second in the Premier League table.

The performances of the Reds’ players are the main things to blame; however, Darren Bent believes that the Anfield outfit still have a player who’s undroppable among their ranks, and it isn’t Alisson.

Mohamed Salah has been Liverpool’s best player for many years now.

The Egyptian King has often carried the Anfield outfit to trophies, with his 57 goal contributions being the main reason why Liverpool won the Premier League title last season.

This term, the attacker has been miles off the pace as he’s only managed to contribute to six goals across all competitions.
