Former Arsenal midfielder Anders Limpar has urged Jurrien Timber to replicate the trophy haul of Manchester United legend Gary Neville if he is to become one of the best in world football.

Timber has been highly impressive this season for the Gunners as he put his injury woes behind him. Almost immediately after signing for Arsenal he suffered a cruciate ligament tear which kept him out for the season.

Fortunately since then, the Dutchman has managed to avoid any major setbacks and has really pushed on this season. The right-back has started all but one of Arsenal's opening seven Premier League matches and already has two goals and two assists to his name.

While there is plenty of excitement surrounding the 24-year-old, Limpar explained to AceOdds.com that there is a couple of things he needs to work on before he can be mentioned among the greats of the game. "Timber is a hell of a player to keep Ben White on the bench, first of all," the Swede explained.

"Because in the last few years, the player who has made [Bukayo] Saka look good is Ben White. White and Saka play unbelievably well together.
