Liverpool have been poor during their last few games.

Although there’s not one specific player or member of staff to blame, it feels like an awful lot more could come from the Anfield outfit.

Of course, there have been times this season when Liverpool have shown their class but with the last three performances they’ve put in, it feels like things could take a turn for the worse at any moment.

Several members of the Reds’ first-team squad haven’t been up to scratch, which, after the club spent £450million on new players, is far from ideal.

However, even though most players haven’t shown any signs of turning their run of form around, Shay Given still thinks that the Reds have a player who could become a “diamond.”
