Andy Robertson was quick to show love to Jordan Henderson as Brentford tanked Manchester United 3-1. The former Liverpool captain is settling into his new life in west London, after joining the Bees as a free agent this summer.

While Brentford have struggled for large parts of the new campaign, with three losses and a draw from their opening six matches, Henderson was a shining light in the club's four-goal thriller with United on home soil at the weekend.

At 35, the Sunderland-born midfielder rolled back the years in the centre of the park as he managed 81 minutes. Henderson picked up a loose ball on the edge of his own area with eight minutes played, before finding Igor Thiago with a disrupting diagonal ball that broke United's back line, with the striker giving Brentford an early lead.
