Arne Slot’s new-look Liverpool side might be continuing to gel together on the pitch, but it is a different story for one of their Premier League champions who left the Reds this summer. Luis Diaz called time on his Anfield career back in July as he completed a £65.5m switch to Bayern Munich.

The Colombian has enjoyed a flying start to his life in Germany, returning four goals and three assists from his first eight outings for the Bavarians. This included the winning goal on his debut to help Bayern win the Franz Beckenbauer Super Cup, and a goal and two assists on his Bundesliga debut against RB Leipzig.

Shining in attack alongside Harry Kane, Michael Olise and Serge Gnabry, the quartet have already scored a whopping 26 goals between them from just eight matches.
