Rangers might have to wait longer than expected to land the signing of Andreas Skov Olsen.

Skov Olsen looks set to join Rangers this winter after work was done to reach an agreement with Wolfsburg over a loan deal.

A move to Ibrox appears to be edging closer after Skov Olsen remains keen on a Rangers switch at this stage of the January transfer window.

The 26-year-old could soon follow Tuur Rommens through the door at Rangers after his signing was announced on Wednesday.

Confirmation of a deal was expected by many by Thursday, but Skov Olsen’s Govan move could be delayed.
