Max Aarons has improved his prospects at Rangers since Danny Rohl’s arrival.

Rangers are looking to do business in January, and the right-back will be hoping that he has done enough to convince the Gers boss that he is good enough to play consistently.

Aarons joined Rangers on a season-long loan back in the summer, and while he struggled to start games under Russell Martin, he’s become a more important figure under Rohl.

There’s every possibility that a deal can be negotiated for the Englishman to return to his parent club in Bournemouth, but as things stand, he looks safe at Ibrox.

Aarons has come up with big moments for Rangers so far, and with James Tavernier now at the back end of his career, the Bears will need a long-term replacement.

Nothing has been reported to suggest that Rangers have a buy option in Aaron‘s deal, but if the right-back keeps impressing Rohl, he could come to Ibrox permanently next summer.

The Bournemouth man has now reacted on Instagram to his former team-mate Justin Kluivert posting an update following surgery on his knee.

Aarons commented, “Back soon, my brother.”
