Rangers chairman Andrew Cavenagh has spoken about plans for the January transfer window.

He was in attendance at the recent Fan Advisory Board (FAB) meeting on January 8.

With the double signing of Tochi Chukwuani and Tuur Rommens from Sturm Graz and Westerlo imminent, Cavenagh discussed the ongoing efforts to bring in new players.

According to the FAB meeting minutes, he underscored the need for agreement from the 'four entities' in a transfer: the two clubs, the player, and his agent.
