Tochi Chukwuani is closing in on a move to Rangers from Austrian side Sturm Graz.

Rangers have been heavily linked with Chukwuani in recent days, but a deal now looks to be all but done.

Danny Rohl has stated his wish to improve the squad at his disposal, with the German head coach now getting what he’s asked of Andrew Cavenagh.

Rangers are in a healthy position in the Scottish Premiership, and with the title suddenly in sight, the signing of Chukwuani could be crucial.

However, the Dane’s impending move to Ibrox didn’t come without its drama, as Chris Jack from the Rangers Review detailed all.

Rangers are also said to be closing in on a deal to sign Tuur Rommens from Belgian side Westerlo, as he and Chukwuani could be announced at the same time.

The Bears spent big in the summer, but despite this, Cavenagh and Co. look to be dipping their hands in their pockets once more.

The Rangers Review‘s Jack explained this Thursday that Sturm Graz decided against playing Chukwuani in a recent match ahead of his move to Glasgow.
