Rangers have entered their most crucial January transfer window in years, with the Scottish Premiership title race somehow wide open.

Danny Rohl has already held talks with Andrew Cavenagh over January signings, with several transfers now possible at Ibrox before 2 February.

Hearts and Celtic recently losing has opened the door to Rangers ahead of the latest Old Firm, with Rohl ready to take advantage at Parkhead on Saturday.

The rumours have been non-stop at Ibrox already, with transfers not expected before this weekend.

Dan Plumley has insisted that Rohl will want to put his own stamp on the squad, with Rangers signings now inevitable as the rumour mill continues in Govan.

The football finance expert believes that Cavenagh and the 49ers will have to back the German, with new transfers almost guaranteed.

“They’ve managed to give themselves a chance of getting back in that title race,” he exclusively told Ibrox News.
