Norwich City boss Liam Manning looks like staving off the wolves for now and will lead his team into Saturday’s clash with Leicester City.

The Canaries ended their six-match losing run on Wednesday night with a draw away at fellow strugglers Sheffield Wednesday.

Manning is the bookmakers’ favourite to be the next Championship manager sacked, just ahead of City's Marti Cifuentes, but in getting a second-half response from his side to earn a point, it looks like he will remain in charge for the fixture at Carrow Road on Saturday.

The atmosphere at Norwich’s home ground has been even more toxic than it has at the King Power Stadium, with the Canaries losing all seven of their home games in all competitions so far this season.

If City can make a positive start, they could put Norwich in a position where they struggle to respond.
