Tottenham take a first-time trip to Everton’s new home, the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Sunday, hoping to secure their first win since the international break.

Tottenham are the only team this season whose fans actually feel more comfortable with an away fixture than a home one. Their home form has been dreadful, the fourth worst in the league, while away from home, they’ve been the best in the division.

It’s been a tough few weeks for the north London side since the international break. They lost 2-1 at home to Aston Villa before playing out their first goalless draw in 125 games, coming against Monaco in the Champions League on Wednesday.

While the scoreline might’ve looked even, the Ligue 1 side dominated for large parts and, if not for Guglielmo Vicario’s heroics, Thomas Frank might’ve had a few more uncomfortable questions to answer.

Despite just 2 wins in their last five league matches, Frank’s men still sit 6th in a tight top half of the Premier League table.

Everton, meanwhile, have made their new home something of a fortress. They are yet to lose at the Hill Dickinson Stadium and seem to love hosting teams there.
