Since Joshua Zirkzee joined Manchester United, things have constantly looked uncertain for him. The Dutchman can finally seal his exit in the summer, with discussions already underway.

In December and January, Sport Witness closely covered AS Roma’s interest in the striker. 

They were keen on an initial loan with an option to buy deal. Manchester United, on the other hand, were only seeking a permanent transfer or an obligation to buy in the loan.

Roma could never meet these demands, even if Zirkzee had already agreed personal terms over a switch.

Since that failed transfer, things haven’t changed for the forward. Now, Napoli are attempting to land him.

Discussions underway

NapoliMagazine’s Emanuele Cammaroto has reported about the 24-year-old, who is really liked by Napoli manager Antonio Conte.
