Several incomings are planned at Manchester United, who are yet to appoint their permanent head coach.

Interim boss Michael Carrick appears to be the leading candidate for the role after picking up 23 points from a possible 30. Still, the hierarchy intend to wait until the end of the campaign before making a final decision.

However, the club’s recruitment team has already identified the areas of the squad that need to be strengthened, regardless of who is at the helm next season.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Manchester United have “already agreed one summer transfer for new boss with 4 more in pipeline.”

It is claimed United have reached an initial agreement for Colombian defensive midfielder Cristian Orozco.

The 17-year-old midfielder is currently on the books of Fortaleza CEIF and cannot officially leave the Colombian outfit until he turns 18. The deal for him to sign for the Premier League giants will be finalised in the summer, as he reaches that crucial milestone on 13 July.

However, United already have a preliminary agreement to pay around £750,000 to acquire his services.
