Tottenham Hotspur youngster Luka Vuskovic is considered one of the finds of the Bundesliga season.

Deemed not mature enough for the Premier League, Spurs loaned him to HSV Hamburg last summer. While he has been tipped for big things from an early age, almost no one would have expected the centre-back to do as well as he has in his first taste of football at the highest level at HSV Hamburg.

Luka Vuskovic has been one of the best centre-backs across the major five leagues in Europe this season, with his rock-solid displays being one of the key reasons why Hamburg look set to retain their Bundesliga status. He has been one of the first names on Merlin Polzin’s teamsheet, registering five goals and an assist in 24 league appearances.

For his consistent displays at the back, Vuskovic was named March’s Rookie of the Month in the Bundesliga. The teenager was called up to the Croatian national team for the friendlies against Colombia and Brazil.
