Celtic icon Peter Grant believes that Rangers are the favourites to win the Scottish Premiership title over the Hoops and Hearts.

With just two games remaining until the Scottish Premiership splits, Rangers are breathing down the necks of Hearts at the top of the table.

The gap currently sits at just three points, with Celtic two points further back in third, in what remains a wide open race to be crowed champions of Scotland for 2025-26.

Danny Rohl’s side would undoubtedly be rather sitting where Hearts are right now, but Gers are poised to leapfrog Derek McInnes’ team at a moment’s notice.

And, after Rangers’ 4-1 win over Aberdeen last weekend, confidence is growing around Ibrox that they’re destined to lift their first league title since 2021 in the coming weeks.

Rohl has work to do at Rangers over the international break, as he looks to extract every last drop of ability and effort out of his current Gers crop.
