What symphony the Leeds United orchestrator will play without their conductor is a question that is left unanswered for now, given Daniel Farke was allowed in the dugout for the game despite his red card against Manchester City.

With the Football Association not filing its report to the club ahead of kick-off, there was no charge of a one-match ban and therefore Farke was free to fine-tune his team from the sidelines against Sunderland last night. The problem was that he hit his mark too late.
