Manchester United midfielder Toby Collyer has been dealt another frustrating injury setback at a crucial stage of his development.

The young midfielder secured a winter loan move to Hull City in search of regular minutes and renewed momentum.

Collyer was in line to feature again against Chelsea in the FA Cup, only for injury to strike during training.

According to The Manchester Evening News, Collyer has been ruled out for three weeks after a hamstring setback.

Collyer spent the first half of the season on loan at West Bromwich Albion, hoping to establish himself in the Championship.

However, persistent injury issues restricted him to just 253 minutes across 12 league appearances.
