Tottenham Hotspur are now weighing a move for Mauricio Pochettino as pressure on Thomas Frank intensifies.

Thomas Frank’s time at Tottenham Hotspur has had its ups and downs since his appointment back in the summer.

The Dane’s Premier League record has been appalling to say the least, as Spurs have managed just 29 points after 25 games and find themselves 14th in the Premier League table.

A full relegation scrap remains in the picture for Spurs, who are just six points above 18th place following West Ham United’s win over Burnley and Tottenham’s defeat to Manchester United.

Frank has been under fire in recent weeks, but a bit of the pressure was eased following the Dane’s successful Champions League run.

However, with Tottenham’s domestic form only getting worse under the former Brentford manager, there is a growing feeling that his place in the Spurs dugout is far from secure.

TeamTalk are now reporting that Pochettino will unequivocally accept a return to Tottenham if offered the role following the World Cup.

Pochettino is one name that has always been in the mix for Spurs, with the Argentine himself openly stating that he will welcome another run in the Tottenham dugout.
