Roberto De Zerbi has been handed plenty of power at Tottenham Hotspur and will have a major say in a big upcoming decision for the club.

De Zerbi has signed a five-year contract with Spurs without a relegation break clause, which caught many people by surprise.

It is clear that both Tottenham and the Italian view this marriage as a long-term project, even though the former Brighton boss has not tended to stick around for long at clubs across his managerial career.
