Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for a midfielder in the Scottish League who might be available for a cut price this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur were credited with interest in Rangers’ Nicolas Raskin before the winter window opened.

At the time, Spurs were keen on adding another midfielder to their ranks, but they have since signed Conor Gallagher from Atletico Madrid for £35 million.

However, Raskin’s contract situation could be of interest to Tottenham at the moment, as the midfielder could be available at a cut price.

This report comes from Football Insider, who claim that with Raskin’s contract set to expire in 2027, the midfielder could be available for less, as the summer will represent Rangers’ last chance to sell for a significant fee.

As a result, it is understood that the Scottish side is bracing itself for a host of interest from several clubs in the upcoming summer window.

Tottenham have been keeping tabs on the midfielder for some time now and could make a move for the Belgian, but they could also face even more competition in the next couple of months.
