MIDFIELDER Mary Bashford was "frustrated" that Saints Women blew their lead in a late 3-2 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Saints were leading 2-1 heading into the final minutes at St Mary's before Charlie Wellings struck two goals in three minutes to snatch three points.

The defeat saw Forest leapfrog Saints into fourth place ahead of Simon Parker's side playing against league leaders Charlton Athletic this weekend.
