Hugo Ekitike has been a revelation since he joined from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer.

The Reds had a hugely successful transfer window that saw them spend almost £450m on new additions.

However, most of the money is yet to be proven worthwhile as the majority of the new signings have not exactly hit the ground running.

With that said, Ekitike is about the only one who has made a real impact, with the Frenchman establishing himself as a fan-favourite already.

His impact and goals speak for themselves, with many surprised about how well he is competing with Alexander Isak, and former Red Djibril Cisse has admitted he got one thing very wrong about his fellow countryman.
