Briton Ferry Llansawel 2-3 Aberystwyth Town: A hat-trick by Carys Bufton completed a turnaround for Aberystwyth at Old Road. Goals by Jade Crofts and Megan Kearle put the hosts 2-0 up, but Bufton scored twice at the end of the first half and then scored what turned out to be the winner approaching the hour.

Pontypridd United 2-3 Barry Town United: Pontypridd remain rooted to the bottom of the table after suffering a fifth straight defeat in a dramatic game at USW Sports Park. Lili Angove gave them a 1-0 lead at the break and Madison Lloyd doubled their advantage in the 81st minute. However, a remarkable finish saw Barry snatch all three points thanks to a double by Beca Thomas and Millie Breen's injury-time winner in the first game since Steve McCarthy-Campbell stepped down.
