Liverpool vs Manchester City preview

Gareth Taylor will come up against his former side when Liverpool host Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday.

The Liverpool head coach was sacked by Manchester City in March after a difficult end to his near five-year spell in charge of the club.

During his latter months at the club, he had disagreements with Chloe Kelly, who was loaned to Arsenal in January before completing a permanent move in the summer.

Coming up against his former side he will even more desperate for a win, given that Liverpool are pointless in the Women’s Super League after their opening four games.
