Andy Robertson bluntly told Scotland's critics to 'crack on' if they 'wanted to complain' following their crucial 3-1 victory over Greece. Robertson, 31, played the vast majority of Thursday's World Cup qualifier, as the Scots came from behind to earn the all-important three points.

Steve Clarke's side remain level on points with Group C leaders Denmark and are four ahead of Greece at the halfway stage of qualification. It was Liverpool's Kostas Tsimikas, who is spending the season on loan at Roma, that opened the scoring, and no one could argue that the Greeks deserved it after a dominant first hour.

But Scotland, facing a third successive home defeat, responded quickly. Ryan Christie equalised two minutes after Tsimikas' opener before Lewis Ferguson and Lyndon Dykes' late goals secured the win.

The mood inside Hampden Park was turned on its head after it was verging on toxic. Robertson had no time for criticism post-match, sending a firm message.
