SAINTS Women boss Simon Parker called on his side to approach their second south coast derby of the week "in the right manner" after a 1-0 win over Portsmouth on Wednesday.

Saints beat Pompey at the Silverlake Stadium in League Cup action earlier this week, thanks to Michaela McAlonie's first-half strike.
