MIDFIELDER Finn Azaz is developing a good relationship with Saints coach Adam Lallana, and has already picked up some tips from the veteran.

Azaz admitted he goes to Lallana, who became first-team coach at Saints following his retirement in the summer, for tactical advice on the touchline.

Lallana's position in the dugout allows him to see the game with a different view to Azaz, and the Republic of Ireland international is keen to gain insights.

The former Middlesbrough man, 25, knows he can learn a lot from a player with Champions League winner Lallana's prestige and accolades.

"We've started building a really good relationship. Obviously, he's played in a similar position at the highest level," Azaz explained to the Daily Echo.
