Virgil van Dijk has had a prolific career at Liverpool, but his impressive stint has not been without its mistakes.

In the 2025/26 campaign, fans have questioned Van Dijk on occasion amid some mixed displays, including in the 4-1 loss to PSV in the Champions League.

A few poor showings will not undo what a hero the Dutchman has become at Anfield, but he has made eight errors leading to goals during his time in the Premier League, the second-most of any player since 2009/10.
