Liverpool star Alexis Mac Allister has admitted that no one at Liverpool can match Mohamed Salah's dedication levels. Salah shocked the football world last week when he declared his intention to depart the club in the summer.

The winger will conclude his nine-year tenure at Anfield. He has cemented his status as a Reds legend with a collection of major honours, including two Premier League titles and the 2019 Champions League.

Speaking to the Player's Tribune, the Argentinian midfielder revealed: "Mo, he's hilarious. For a few weeks, I actually tried to get to the gym before him, but it was impossible. He was always there already, sweating.

"One day, I asked him, 'But Mo... when do you sleep?' He said, 'I don't like it when I get more than seven hours. I feel tired.' [I replied], 'You feel tired?' [And he said], 'Yeah, it's too much. You only need six-and-a-half.'
