The 20-year-old spoke to TNT Sports Brazil recently. He made his European goals very clear. Breno Bidon said he has dreamed of playing in Europe and competing in the Champions League since childhood. He also wants to represent Brazil at a World Cup. However, he stressed that no defined timeline exists for when that move might happen.

Reports from Brazil claim the proposal stood at around €20m (£17m). This fell well below the club’s expectations. Corinthians quickly rejected the bid. Chelsea’s approach pushed Corinthians to harden their stance. The Brazilian club now asks between €35m and €40m to consider a sale.
