Tottenham Hotspur are preparing for a summer full of changes, with the goalkeeper position being a top priority in their upcoming project.

Spurs have begun preparations to find a replacement for Guglielmo Vicario, who has been the club’s No.1 since the start of the 2023/24 season. The Italian’s performances have been way too inconsistent, making several catastrophic errors that have led to Spurs dropping points. Yet, that hasn’t hampered his reputation back in Italy, where Inter Milan and Juventus are understood to be keen on his signature.

Vicario, too, wants to end his time in North London and head back to Serie A. For Tottenham, this comes down to whether they can find a possible upgrade to Vicario in the transfer market.

Tottenham are facing the prospect of relegation from the Premier League, which could have serious implications for several players. Vicario has now been linked with a summer exit away from N17, with the Lilywhites keeping tabs on several names to replace him at the end of the season.
