Nicky Butt has asked Igor Tudor to do something unusual to get more out of the Tottenham Hotspur squad.

Irrespective of what one thinks about the quality of players at Spurs, almost no one thought at the start of this season that this team would find themselves in the middle of a relegation dog fight in the final run-in.

Tottenham are now in serious danger of being relegated from the Premier League for the first time in the history of the competition.

Igor Tudor is confident that Spurs have the tools to stay up, but the Croat does not have a lot of time to get a reaction from the players, with West Ham now sitting just four points behind the Lilywhites.

Butt has opined that rather than drilling tactical instructions into the Tottenham squad, Tudor should focus on creating camaraderie among the group.

The pundit even called for the new head coach to take his players on a short holiday where they can bond.
