Tottenham Hotspur are flirting with relegation from the Premier League this season, sitting perilously close to the bottom three with just 11 games of the season to play.

Igor Tudor has been handed the keys to the club on an interim basis until the end of the season, with his mission clear – to maintain the Lilywhites’ Premier League status. The Croatian took charge of his first game as Spurs boss on Sunday against Arsenal in the North London derby, and it turned out to be a forgettable maiden entrance in the English dugout for him.

Arsenal mauled Tudor’s side 4-1 to complete a league double over Tottenham, leaving them stranded 16th in the table. The North London derby provided Tudor a perfect opportunity to become a hero, but in the end, the Gunners were far too superior in every department on the pitch and deserved the points.

Former Spurs midfielder Jamie O’Hara has launched into an angry tirade following the North London derby humiliation at the hands of Arsenal, calling the current squad “absolute charlatans”.
