Huddersfield Town midfielder David Kasumu has urged his side to “stay level-headed” off the back of their three-match winning run.

The Terriers have made an impressive start under Liam Manning, beating Bradford City, Luton Town and Peterborough United, while they host Blackpool next up tomorrow.

Prior to those victories, Town recorded a four-match winless streak in League One that led to Lee Grant’s sacking as manager.

Reflecting on his side’s upturn in form since Manning’s arrival, Kasumu said at a pre-match press conference: “I feel like it’s good. It’s important to not be too high and too low, so it’s important we keep the mood consistent.

“When it’s going good, when it’s going bad, we’ve got to stay level-headed, and just take each game as it comes, and that’s what we’re trying to do.

“He (Manning) said that early on, that him as a manager as well, he’s going to stay consistent with it – not be too high and not be too low, so that just follows through to the players.
