Huddersfield Town defender Joe Low is set to be sidelined for around two months through injury. The defender had to come off during the second half of Saturday’s 3-2 victory at Peterborough United.

The 23-year-old has suffered with calf issues this season, and providing an update on the centre-back Town boss Liam Manning said: “Joe’s unfortunately going to be out for a period of time as well.

“I think you’ve seen he’s had numerous calf injuries I believe across the course of the season, and having spoken with the medical department, there’s a little stress response in his bone from that as well, so it’s something that we have to look after a little bit.

“Not exact to be fair (in terms of timescale), but probably not too dissimilar to the Bojan (Radulovic) timeline.”

The Terriers could welcome back Sean Roughan and Antony Evans to their squad over the next couple of weeks, although Saturday's clash at home to Blackpool is expected to come too soon for them.

“Sean’s probably the closest, and will probably be in contention next week I think,” the head coach said.
