David Raya has kept clean sheets in each of his past two Premier League appearances, to take his tally for the season to 11 – that’s just two fewer than the whole of last season, when he won his second consecutive Golden Glove award.

So he’s on course to make it a hat-trick of that particular accolade, having also won it in 2023/24 – his debut season at Arsenal – with 16 Premier League clean sheets. The 30-year-old Spaniard is certainly accruing personal awards at an impressive rate lately.

He picked up the December Premier League Save of the Month award for his incredible stop to deny Brighton’s Yankuba Minteh.
