Huddersfield Town forward Bojan Radulovic is set to be sidelined for around two months with a hamstring injury.

The striker had to come off during the first half of Tuesday’s 1-0 victory against Luton Town, and subsequently missed Saturday’s 3-2 win at Peterborough United.

The 26-year-old has netted eight goals in 26 appearances in all competitions so far this term, but is now expected to be unavailable until April due to his setback.

“Bojan’s unfortunately going to be out for around eight weeks we think with a hamstring injury,” Town boss Liam Manning told HTTV following Saturday’s win.

“He was obviously having a terrific season, someone I was really looking forward to working with, so disappointed to lose him, but Dion (Charles) obviously then gets an opportunity, like he has in the last couple of games, and led the line really, really well.”

The Terriers are also without fellow striker Alfie May for the next three League One fixtures, with the forward sent off against Luton for pulling Kasey Palmer’s hair and serving the first game of his four-match suspension at the weekend.
