Ex-Premier League boss Tim Sherwood has doubled down on his view that Benjamin Sesko isn't up to scratch for Manchester United, despite the forward bagging a brace in Wednesday's 2-2 draw with Burnley. Sesko found the net twice in the second period at Turf Moor, putting Darren Fletcher's side in front following Ayden Heaven's earlier own goal. Jaidon Anthony then equalised shortly afterwards to earn the hosts a share of the spoils.

For Sesko, these were his first goals for United since finding the back of the net in the 2-0 triumph over Sunderland on October 4. The striker had been sidelined for four matches with a knee problem before enduring a five-game goal drought. His opener against Burnley showcased classic centre-forward instincts as he pounced on Bruno Fernandes' through ball, whilst his second saw him expertly finish Patrick Dorgu's delivery into the area.

He nearly claimed his maiden hat-trick in England, only to be thwarted by Martin Dubravka.
