Tottenham Hotspur have their eyes on a rising Bundesliga centre-back to support Micky Van de Ven ahead of the January transfer window.

Even though Thomas Frank has Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Kevin Danso, Radu Dragusin, Ben Davies and Kota Takai at his disposal, it appears that he wants to further reinforce the heart of the Tottenham defence.

It has been widely reported over the last month that Spurs are working to add a centre-back to their squad in the January window.

It has now been claimed that the Lilywhites have identified a young Greek international as someone who would be a useful addition to their squad.

Two and a half years on since signing Micky van de Ven, Spurs are allegedly looking to raid Wolfsburg for a young centre-back again.

According to TBR Football, Konstantinos Koulierakis’ performances in Germany have caught the eye of the Premier League side, who have been scouting him this season.

Koulierakis has developed impressively since joining the Bundesliga side from PAOK in the summer of 2024, and Tottenham particularly like the fact that he is a left-sided centre-back.
