Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing a striker in the winter transfer window following their early struggles in front of goal. Thomas Frank’s pragmatic approach has not helped their cause either, but despite the Lilywhites possessing several attackers, scoring goals regularly stands as a conundrum.

As per recent reports, Thomas Frank has been in direct contact with Al Ahli striker Ivan Toney over a potential January move to White Hart Lane. The 29-year-old secured a highly lucrative career move to Saudi Arabia in the summer of 2024, scoring an impressive 30 goals across 44 appearances last term for Al Ahli. Spurs are frontrunners for Toney’s signature, given the injuries to Dominic Solanke and the poor form of Richarlison which have left their attack toothless.
