Newcastle United have achieved success with their last two signings from AC Milan.

Sandro Tonali has become a leader in the last year or so. Summer signing Malick Thiaw has emerged as a regular at the back this season.

Newcastle United could now look at some other Rossoneri stars.

This comes from MilanLive, who claim that the players in question are Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fikayo Tomori.

The outlet claim that the English duo have been looked at by the Magpies in the past. As of now, their contract situations at the San Siro are rather delicate.

29-year-old Loftus-Cheek’s contract at Milan runs out in the summer of 2027. Tomori’s deal expires at the same time. There have been no significant developments regarding  renewals.

If no progress is made, summer sales become a possibility. This can hand Newcastle United the chance to sign either both players or just one of the two.

The outlet notes that Loftus-Cheek is likelier to leave than Tomori.
