Ibrahima Konate has issued a message to Liverpool fans ahead of the clash against Real Madrid in the Champions League. Konate starred for the Reds in their 2-0 victory over Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday night.

Liverpool had lost their four previous matches in the Premier League before the win over Villa at Anfield. Arne Slot and Co. will now prepare to face Madrid in their final match in Europe before the international break.

The centre-back will be hoping to be in the Liverpool starting line-up that faces Los Blancos at Anfield on Tuesday night. The game could also see former Reds defender Trent Alexander-Arnold line up against his old club for the first time since his exit during the summer transfer window.
