Youssef Chermiti may be lucky to start for Rangers against Hibernian in the William Hill Premiership on Wednesday.

The Portugal Under-21 international scored his first goal for the Gers as Kilmarnock were beaten at Ibrox on 26 October.

However, Danny Rohl wasn’t pleased with Chermiti’s celebration after scoring, with the striker making a talking gesture to fans.

The former Everton forward certainly had some cheek doing that, considering he hasn’t done much at the Glaswegian outfit, but he’s still been trusted to lead the line at Easter Road on 29 October.

Kris Boys feels Gers fans have every right to call out Chermiti after a string of consistently poor performances this season.

The Scotsman slammed the 21-year-old for seemingly taking a dig at the supporters at Ibrox after finding the back of the net, as they can make or break him.

Chris Sutton had a slightly different opinion, though, and he looks to have some sympathy for the Portuguese youngster, who cost £8million at the Glaswegian outfit in the summer.
