The 28-year-old has been exceptional for Hammers, and his performances have attracted the attention of the North London club. They could certainly use more quality and depth on the flanks, and the England International would be an exceptional addition.

He has been a reliable performer in the Premier League, and there is no doubt that he is one of the best wingers in the country right now. He would improve Spurs immensely. He will help create opportunities for his teammates and find the back of the net regularly.
