Tottenham Hotspur are plotting a move for a young Kosovo striker, who is turning a lot of heads in the Bundesliga, but the competition for his signature is now intensifying.

There have been mixed reports on whether Tottenham are expected to sign a striker in January, but it appears that the Lilywhites are looking closely at various number nines across Europe.

Over the last few days, a number of outlets have reported that Spurs are eyeing a move for a Bundesliga youngster, who has scored six times in nine matches across all competitions this season.

The player in question is Hoffenheim’s Fisnik Asllani, who has been on fire since returning from his loan spell at SV Elversberg in the summer, but Thomas Frank’s men will not have a free run at the 23-year-old.
