The Saudi Pro League’s offer for Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah remains on the table, sources have confirmed to TBR Football.

Salah remains the Pro League’s most-desired target, and the player himself has ambitions to play in the Middle East at some stage.

Last summer, the Saudi Pro League failed to sign the 33-year-old, and instead, Salah signed a bumper new contract at Liverpool, making him the highest-paid player in their history.

However, his form has been somewhat lacking this term, and as a team, Liverpool have struggled to recapture their title-winning form amid the introduction of a host of new names.

Sources: Mohamed Salah’s move to the Saudi Pro League remains on the table

Mohamed Salah is again being linked with a move in 2026, and sources have told TBR Football’s chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, that the prospect of a move to Saudi Arabia remains a plausible option.

Pro League officials helped put together a deal that would put him in the same bracket as Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the top earner in football with his contract at Al-Nassr.
