Everton suffered their first defeat at the new stadium on Sunday, with Spurs 3-0 winners.

However, Spurs manager Thomas Frank was impressed by the crowd at Hill Dickinson.

Speaking after the game, the Danish coach said: “In general, the second half was a little bit more of a dogfight at times, and going here to Everton, which is against a very good team that is well set up by David Moyes and [which has] a very good home crowd.

“They’ve been unbeaten here so far. And you know, to go to any ground in the Premier League, to win 3-0 away from home is a very good result. So yeah, I’m very happy.”

Frank is just the latest manager to be impressed with the Hill Dickinson crowd.
