In the summer transfer window, Newcastle United failed eith a move for Inter Milan’s Davide Frattesi.

A source informed Sport Witness about the interest and that the Magpies made contact for the midfielder. A deal didn’t go through, as the Italian giants were keen on keeping the player.

Their plans seem to have changed dramatically.

This is because the 26-year-old has started only once in Serie A. In all competitions, he’s played only 297 minutes.

As a result, the Azzurri player is being talked about again in Italy, especially after the failed Newcastle United switch.
